Beyond the Walls is an outreach ministry that mobilizes Bible-based Christians to serve in their local communities and beyond through practical, compassionate outreach. We focus on taking the Gospel outside the church and into places of need.

Question 2: Do I need special training or experience to get involved?

No experience is necessary—just a willing heart. We offer optional training through Ignite Academy to help you grow in confidence and preparation, but you can start serving right away with guidance from experienced team leaders.

Question 3: Where do you serve?

We partner with homeless shelters, prisons, recovery centers, children’s homes, nursing facilities, and communities in need. We also support short-term mission opportunities both locally and internationally.

Question 4: Is Beyond the Walls affiliated with a specific church?

No. We’re a cross-church initiative supported by Kingdom Builders. We welcome volunteers from any Bible-based Christian background, especially those from non-denominational or independent churches.

Question 5: Can my church partner with Beyond the Walls?

Absolutely! We’re always looking for church partners to help mobilize their members and serve together. We provide training resources, outreach coordination, and opportunities to engage as a group.

Local outreaches happen throughout the month, and mission trips are scheduled quarterly or seasonally. You can join a one-time event or become part of a regular team based on your availability.

We’re funded by generous donors and monthly partners through Kingdom Builders. Their support helps provide outreach supplies, training scholarships, and mission resources. You can join them by giving once or becoming a monthly partner.
